Quli is an amazing acupuncturist! After going through two pregnancies back-to-back, I finally came to her two years and four months after giving birth to my second son. Even though I was no longer in the immediate postpartum period, I still wanted support with the lasting effects of pregnancy and postpartum, including stress, diastasis recti, hormonal balance, and appetite.

What I appreciated most was how Quli met me where I was at every appointment. She adjusted each treatment based on how I was feeling and what was coming up that day, while still keeping my overall goals in mind.

Most of my sessions involved acupuncture, sometimes paired with electrical stimulation, light therapy, or cupping. I found acupuncture and cupping together especially effective. Even if I felt a little tired right afterward, I often had much more energy later. The treatments also seemed to help my nervous system settle after the physical, mental, and emotional demands of back-to-back pregnancies and raising our two kids. They gave my body the space to naturally rebalance and process emotions that had been harder to work through while I was stuck in fight-or-flight mode.

I went there because I hurt my ankle ligaments while playing pickleball. Dr. Zhou used traditional Chinese medicine’s techniques to treat me including acupuncture with electrical stimulation, cupping, and bloodletting (only few blood). After the treatment I felt the pain level decreased 20% when I walked. She told me to ice my ankle in which I did that day. The next day after sleep, the pain level decreased 60 to 70% when I walked. I’ve had severe heartburn for over a month and saw my primary care doctor several times. She prescribed several heartburn medications, but unfortunately none of them helped.

Found this place at the travel show back in March. I have had knee pain for years. Tried PT for 6 mos and zero improvement. Went here and by the 4th treatment I noticed a huge difference on knee pain relief. My knees do not have a pinched nerve feel when walking up/down stairs. On the 5th treatment I came in with terrible asthma and allergies, my coughing and sinus allergies went away shortly after and have improved in the past week. I have muscle atrophy of all my muscles on the right side from my arm to torso to leg. A neurologist MD said atrophied muscles can’t be restored. I have been loving my experience at Eternal Health. I’ve had about 6 sessions of acupuncture so far and have been treated by Quli herself (the owner of Eternal), Connie, and Eric. They all have slightly different methods (in terms of gentler to stronger stimulation) but are all amazing. I had an especially relaxing and effective session with Eric (who is the acupuncturist over the weekend). I was very impressed by how gentle and calm his demeanor is and appreciated him patiently listening to understand and address my concerns, while clarifying which points will help with what issue. Quli is very kind, passionate, and embodies what she preaches to everyone. She’s super hardworking and truly cares for her part in helping improve your well being. I did my consultation with her and we did an Acugraph scan for me that shows any imbalances that exist in your body which can inform better treatment. I met Dr. Quli Zhou at the farmer's market booth before, but had never tried the service there. In May, I got a neck pain probably due to stress. I had similar pain before and it could last for a month. This time I decided to give acupuncture a try. Dr. Zhou did acupuncture and cupping for me in the first session, and I felt better right after it! And the next morning, I woke up and found my neck pain kept on improving. I went back again in two days. Then in a few days, my neck pain was gone!
I went back for more sessions. I broke my ankle two years ago, it healed fine after surgery, but seems like it can't get fully recovered. Because of the injured ankle, the knee started to hurt too. After seeing my scars, Dr. Zhou and Connie put some needles around my ankle and my knee, I felt that helped the circulation around the ankle and eased some pain in the knee too. I will continue on this, hope it can improve more gradually.
I am a Chinese and always know about acupuncture, but now I myself truly experienced its benefits. Go for a try, it might work for you too....more

This place is amazing. I went in tired, overweight and lacking that spring in my step like in my 30’s and 40’s. Just a few years ago, everyone would say I looked 10-15 years younger but now no one says anything. I went to see the doctors here and they did laser lipo light, acupunture, and I had 10 days of Chinese medicine drink (it’s hard to swallow but I did it). After 4 treatments within 2 weeks, I feel like in my 40’s again. I’m in my 50’s. And my friends keep telling me I look like I lost weight. I was refered by a good friend of mine to see Dr.Zhou to see her for my benign lipoma. One was sitting on the left side of my jaw and another was under my right arm. Besides my lipoma I have other health issues. What got me to go was that my friend had a successful treatment with her own cysts. that they were able to shrink in 6weeks! I was definitely curious and hopeful.

When I went for my first evaluation i shared with Dr.Zhou all too my health concerns and once she did an assessment with me not only was the evaluation on point, she also asked me questions about whether I felt certain things in my body and I would say “Yes”! And thinking how did she know?

So she started me on a treatment plan, and on that first visit i got treated with acupuncture , red laser, and a balancing vibration plate. She uses Technology as well to aid with treatment.

But on that first treatment, i already felt a difference! I remember coming in with a sinus blockage and then i came out breathing better - and just a sense of calm overall.

4 days later my sinus kept clear, and my crampy calves also isnt crampy anymore (its because of a growth in my ankles). I also was able to sleep better - i have problem sleeping - its always cut up, 4 hours here or 3 hours there, but sleeping more than 5 hours straight is definitely progress!

When I started with Eternal Health, I had very low energy. I was also very cold all the time. Dr Grace has done wonders for me. My immune system is strong. At the Eternal Health office, you can see the evidence of your Qi (energy) through a meridian report to show where in your body the energy is stuck.
I like this because I need some data to prove it.
And you can get treatment with acupuncture, cupping therapy, and Eastern herbs in easy-to-swallow pills or powders (if your symptom is severe).
Every time I visited this office, I had a good rest during the treatment, and I came out refreshed and feel good.

Hi,
I have been Eternal health for 5 times. The result has been amazing. I have some stomach issues. They did accurate diagnostic first and the main focus is balancing the organs and increasing energy. The result showed after 2 treatments. I'm less tired and have the eagerness to run and exercise more. One of the wonderful experience is that I can have the very deep rest during the acupuncture treatment and my body feel quite warm. I came to Eternal Health and Wellness to supplement my existing natural health program with their Beam Ray machine. In Quil's capable hands, this is an amazing tool for your health. With the Beam Ray treatments came her very skilled acupuncture services - which was an unexpected bonus.

My intention was to use these sessions to supplement a program I was already doing to reduce or eliminate thyroid nodules - today i got the news. After 7 months, ALL of my thyroid nodules are reduced in size and the largest one is gone. No need for a need biopsy! I am sure that my work with Quil was very helpful towards my goal.

I greatly appreciate the care and detail from Quil. For those complaining about being 'sold a package', if that does not work for you don't do it! Create a program that works for you but understand that no form of natural medicine is a quick fix....more

I came to Eternal Health a month ago to treat my sinus allergies. Dr. Quli put be on a treatment plan which involves acupuncture and herbal medication. Within 2 weeks, I could feel my sinus congestion and allergic reaction like sneezing has gone down. In the past, I've tried over the counter medication, had two surgery, tried allergy shots but no lasting result. Decided to try out acupuncture and so far i am seeing good promising results.
