Quli is an amazing acupuncturist! After going through two pregnancies back-to-back, I finally came to her two years and four months after giving birth to my second son. Even though I was no longer in the immediate postpartum period, I still wanted support with the lasting effects of pregnancy and postpartum, including stress, diastasis recti, hormonal balance, and appetite.

What I appreciated most was how Quli met me where I was at every appointment. She adjusted each treatment based on how I was feeling and what was coming up that day, while still keeping my overall goals in mind.

Most of my sessions involved acupuncture, sometimes paired with electrical stimulation, light therapy, or cupping. I found acupuncture and cupping together especially effective. Even if I felt a little tired right afterward, I often had much more energy later. The treatments also seemed to help my nervous system settle after the physical, mental, and emotional demands of back-to-back pregnancies and raising our two kids. They gave my body the space to naturally rebalance and process emotions that had been harder to work through while I was stuck in fight-or-flight mode.
